As I entered the Hyatt Place Miami East, The reception had an ample space with subtle colors, quite inviting! The visitors elevator takes you to the second floor, where you will find the front desk, bar and lounge area. To the left you have open floor restaurant that serves breakfast with an array of healthy items such as the Plain yogurt, juices and Fruits. I must say the open omelette croissant was delectable! Heriberto and his staff is very courteous and professional! The Bar is open 24 hours with Alcoholic beverages served between 12pm 12am. The meeting space has high ceilings and open window with a pool view. The gym is relatively small but it holds your State of the Art exercising machines. The pool has an adjoining lounge area with fire pits for all those particular chilly nights! The rooms are perfect for your groups of four or more and the carpets have natural colors. As you leave the meeting space and the room, lights out! This brand new hotel is Totally Green and Environmentally Friendly! This makes Hyatt Miami Airport East the ideal location to stay less than one mile from the Miami Airport!

NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL. No había desayuno. Solo Leche y café. ( no huevo, no bacon, no pan, no yogurt, no panqué, etc). La señora del from dest nos dijo que si había desayuno.(?) Quisimos que nos descontara el precio del parqueo ($25) y no quiso. No fue nada profesional. Nos fuimos muy disgustados. Ahora tenemos que ir a desayunar a otro lugar para continuar viaje.

My family and I booked the hotel for a quick stay to spend time in a hotel before our late flights. I was under impression on booking that we would have a late check in, at no cost because we were showing up in the morning. After a long week of traveling, we show up to a hot room that smelled horrible and the A/C was not working. They ended up switching rooms for us, which was nice, but the next room was still smelly and the floors were so stained. The TV also did not work, which in the grand scheme of things isn't the end of the world, but my five year old wanted to watch a little tv. All in all the place was not good and I do not recommend. I'm blown away at the difference between this and the Hyatt house, which was excellent. We stayed at the Hyatt House overnight at the beginning of the trip. If you have the choice, choose that one!

First impressions were good. Did a quick tour of a double and king room and they were satisfactory. I asked how much it would be to book direct and price wasn’t worth it costing over $100 dollars more than what I actually paid. We got to the first room and there was a stench and the carpet was nasty. 2nd room on top floor and the TV was old. Couldn’t watch the TV through the big white dots. Finally switched rooms again and we were able to settle in. The front desk was very helpful and very much aware of the problems with the TVs. Unfortunately, they can’t stop selling rooms even though the owners haven’t updated the TVs since they opened. I can’t fault the workers as they have a job to do and were great at it but I will say that the owners can change out the other TVs. People are paying too much money to not have a good working TV. Speaking of which, turned it on and it showed us the wrong room number. Either the TV was changed from another room or the programming is off. One plus is the proximity to the airport and they brought us a microwave upon request. Thank you.
