I would like to thank your staff for the early check in and accommodation… my family and I had just returned from the cruise and we were tired.. we didn’t have any family or friends in Miami to stay with until our hotel room was ready.. I explained our situation to ya staff and she found us a nice room to check in lil earlier than normal.. thank you all so much.
