I recently stayed at Springhill Hotel while my daughter was receiving treatment at Ryder Trauma Center, just a three minute drive away. The hotel's proximity made our visits much easier during this challenging time. The staff was incredibly compassionate and offered special discounted rates for non residents, which greatly helped us financially. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a much needed retreat after long days at the hospital. Their genuine care and support made a significant difference in our experience. I highly recommend Springhill Hotel for anyone needing a convenient and supportive place to stay during tough times. Thank you for your exceptional service!

SpringHill Suites in downtown Miami exceeded my expectations. My brother was admitted into Jackson Memorial Hospital and I needed to get to Miami as soon as possible. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating during a stressful time for me. The people at the front desk were friendly and supportive. Everyone that worked there and including the restaurant were great! The staff at SpringHill Suites downtown Miami sets the bar for how a hotel should be operated!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The Front Desk staff and the Housekeeping staff was very helpful and accommodating. I feel that there should be more options on their menu. Most of the times the specials weren't available. The room and bathroom was clean and nice. Our stay was very good. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends as it is close to the airport and to some of our favorite stores like Ross Dress for Less, DD's and my favorite coffee place Starbucks.
