When another hotel cancelled my reservation and left us stranded at 11:30 pm, I called the Holiday Inn and they were extra accommodating, reserving a king suite for me, offering late night food options and providing a shuttle to the port for us in the morning. It looked like they are updating everything. The room was large and comfy. Front desk was great, phone reservations were helpful and kind and the porter was great on securing the shuttle. Great customer service all around!
