"Amazing Service"

Stayed here for a night for the Taylor Swift concert. Staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. Hotel was set up to all the Swifties to enjoy. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay there again.

From the Hotel to Billy Bishop (YTZ):Very close; a short drive or taxi ride, possibly even walk + connector (though note there’s water / ferry component depending on route). Because it’s so near, travel time is minimal. The hotel does not provide its own shuttle service to YTZ. From the Hotel to Pearson (YYZ):You can use public transit: take subway(s) + the UP Express train from Union Station is a popular, fast option (25?30 minutes from Pearson to Union). Cost: subway fare + UP Express fare (UP Express is more expensive than TTC alone). Driving/taxi/rideshare is an option. Under normal traffic, 30?60 min is typical from downtown to Pearson. Heavier traffic can increase that significantly
