"Nice boutique hotel on the waterfront."

This upscale newly renovated hotel is directly at the Harbor and makes this hotel feel like a Resort hotel with Boutique style decor. The lobby and the rooms are light and brightly decorated and clean. The rooms have great waterfront or city views. Bathrooms have an oversized shower. Besides a meeting space the hotel features a large waterview patio with outdoor pool. This area is can be used for weddings and social events like holiday parties.

We were very pleased with the room and surprised by the lake view. We will definitely be back. The only negative was the early morning fire alarm which luckily turned out to be nothing.

"Dirty and not safe."

Although the lakefront pool patio is beautiful, there needs to be a security presence. A groups of young men came into the pool in their underwear and pulled them down to do flips off the edge in front of my 6 and 7 year old daughters. They were also smoking drugs and blasting a loud speaker with explicit language and the hotel staff did not respond until we left and they asked if they were bothering us. Obviously it was inappropriate and they should’ve been kicked out before we had to leave. On top of that, my daughter found a piece of glass in her bedding. And someone in our hallway was smoking so our room had a smoke smell all night. Just all around dumpy and not a pleasant stay.

"Birthday celebration getaway."

Celebrating my 50th, I chose to spend the day poolside, overlooking Lake Ontario and TO’s skyline. This hotel’s pool was the perfect choice. Great poolside service, making sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. The menu offered many choices and the food was amazing. Our room was beautiful, overlooking the harbour. Clean and modern looking with a very comfortable bed. Kertricia at Guest Services was so helpful and accomodating, focused on making my birthday celebration a wonderful one. Success! Thank you.

This hotel is clean and walkable to all the fun attractions. The pool with the CN Tower view is almost the best part! But, being able to watch the planes come in out is also pretty entertaining.
