Staff was amazing help! The check in staff were so nice. They made sure we didn’t need anything and gave us such good info on what was available. We got into our room just after 11pm and the room service attendant was sooooo extremely helpful.

Had to come to the airport to retrieve a lost luggage. I chose to spend the night before returning home with the four 1/2 hour drive. At check in, the woman at the desk offered toothbrush and toothpaste which not originally planning to stay overnight was a relief! The room lighting was all automated so I can turn off all the lights with one button, the bed so comfortable I slept until 8:30! Great stay to get the rest from a long drive up and back!

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and two daughters because our flight was delayed for more than 24 hours and our experience was excellent. The checking gentleman was very accommodating to our situation and helped us check in much earlier than expected and we were able to rest. The restaurant was short staffed, but we did not wait at all for the food and the food was as expected. The hotel was out of my budget range but a lifesaver for our circumstances. I would stay here any other time.

My in laws were traveling and connecting in Dallas but of course they got stuck there due to the worst snowstorm in my recent memory; and they do not speak English. The Grand Hyatt DFW front desk was a speed dial number for me during their stay there; folks at the front desk as well as the restaurant spoke to me on their phone so my in laws could get checked in early, set their room temperature, get food delivered and order warm food. I greatly appreciate the convenience and the high quality of service there!

Due to the airline running behind, I missed my connecting flight. I needed a room for the evening and booked online to get a room at Grand Hyatt. I was exhausted, traveling alone (senior citizen) and the greet staff were so kind. They provided me with toiletries to get me through the night. They were so kind! It was one less worry.

I had been having a difficult travel day. Delays and rebookings resulted in 9 hours of traveling and a missed flight (by 10 min). I ended up at DFW overnight. I made a reservation at the GH and started making my way over there. My daughter called the front desk while I was on the Skylink and she spoke with RJ, who could not have been kinder. He was sympathetic to my daughter's concern for me and immediately thought of something he could do when I arrived. I had no knowledge of their conversation, so when I did arrive, I went to Steph, who was not working with a guest at that time. She knew who I was simply from hearing from RJ! She was so kind, which almost made me cry because I was so frustrated at that point. She was super helpful and I made my way up to my room. After speaking with my daughter, I was getting ready to get cleaned up after a long day of traveling, when RJ came up to introduce himself and bring me a bag of treats, along with a sweet note telling me I was his guest of the day. He also apologized for not coming up sooner! We also had a good laugh, because I opened the door to put out the do not disturb sign just as he was at the door, so we startled each other. I needed that laugh! The people you have working there are sincerely top notch. Even the two women who were there the next morning listening to me go on about how I wanted to tell a manager how great they were. The was busy and I had to leave for the gate, so I was given a card that I could write my thanks on and info on how I could get in touch with corporate. Everyone is professional, welcoming and sincere. Wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful 24 hour stay at the Grand Hyatt DFW after traveling almost 24 hours from Sydney Australia. I made an error in my desperation to book and contacted booking.com instead of the hotel directly. Don’t do that! We got a beautiful king room, well appointed and a comfortable king bed. We were offered accessories for our stay since our luggage was at the airport. We had a wonderful cocktail and delicious salmon at the restaurant bar. Lina was awesome at the bar. We had an excellent breakfast and were able to get a slightly later checkout. I would stay here again. Thank you.

The front desk really saved our night providing us extra clothes to sleep in and toiletries since we didn’t have our bags. She even came up to our room with a laundry soap sheet so I could wash our under things in the sink. Between the amazing service, the cookies in the lobby and the lovely room, our wild trip was so much less stressful because the front desk took care of us!
