We were flying out early and chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency for the night before our flight. It was so stress relieving. Food was there, a bar if we needed it. Everyone we spoke with was cheerful and so helpful. A shuttle ride to our terminal and our trip was off to a wonderful start!

When you arrive at 11:00 p.m. after traveling for 12 hours and having your connecting flight canceled, I was glad to get a room here. They put an agent at every front desk terminal and got all the tired passengers into a room very quickly. Bravo.

I will recommend this hotel! My flight was cancelled after being at the airport all day having major delays I was so stressed out and had not slept in almost 24 hrs. When I called the hotel it was fast, friendly, I got picked up by their shuttle and got my well needed rest. Very happy and comfortable at this hotel! The view was great from my room.
