I was very surprised to see the dogs who were staying here with their owners! The hotel was so clean professional and comfortable—it makes me wish I had THIS hotel where I was working, out of town. My daughter enjoyed the pool in the morning and we had a great breakfast which was about as varied and complete as I have seen! At a time when a lot of people may have traveled to Rochester, MN for sensitive medical care, the Kahler hotel system treats you like family. Maybe better than family—like a treasured guest!

The odor in our room was awful, smelled damp and musty. After returning from a run to the store, our key wouldn’t work, I informed the desk staff and she said, well it doesn’t work if you put it by your cell phone. It would have been nice to know that prior to it happening. I am very disappointed in our stay. Will not stay here again.

If I'm being honest, I would not stay here ever again. Your front desk people are NOT friendly at all. I feel like they are being paid to be mean! The rooms are doable but not welcoming at all. The shower head in my bathroom was so SMALL that I could barely wash my hair and only then if I moved 10 different ways to get all the soap out! NOT GOOD!
