While we greatly appreciated the assistance of the wonderful Nestor and other Warwick staff and loved the clean rooms and comfortable beds, we were very disappointed with the extra charges added to our bill for expenses we were not aware of and didn’t use. We are retired teachers who love to travel, but we will not be staying with this hotel on the future as a result of these extra charges. I was looking forward to our stay at the Warwick since we had visited previously 12 years ago and enjoyed our stay very much back then, but these extra charges were not what we expected and were very disappointing after our previous experience.
