The second day/morning that I was there, there was a fire on my floor and a man in the room next to mine started the fire. They said they could not give me a discount because I reserved under Expedia when that is not accurate as I called the hotel directly. Also during the evacuation an employee was telling me to use the elevator and I quickly asked where the stairs were and told her you never use elevators during a fire. There were also tiny ants in the bathroom and a lot of noise in the halls which I did call about.
