Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my visit to the hotel. I was planning to visit my cousin who had been admitted to Yale after suffering a fatal stroke, over the July four holiday. I am writing this review because I so appreciate the patience and professionalism of the staff who worked with me while I needed to keep changing my reservation, ultimately returning my reservation charges.
