Although I had to travel to Charlotte on a very sad occasion, I felt very welcomed and was treated very well at the Fairfield Inn by Marriot Arrowood. The hotel and room were very clean and me being an asthmatic, I was so impressed of how the carpet was vacuumed and very clean. I did not hear any noise and my room was totally smoke free. There were three staff members who I must give a shout out to. Thank you to Janie who took the time to check me in and check me out very promptly and provided me a number to a car service, since I was having trouble getting an Uber. Thank you, Syrita, who told me local places to eat and provided me a charger for my phone since my charger had died and Thank you to the lady who provided a beautiful and delicious Sunday morning breakfast on July 13. The eggs were not salty, the coffee was delicious, everything was displayed so nicely. THANK YOU ALL for making me feel welcome and adding comfort during my grief. I highly welcome this hotel.
