The price we paid for the convenience of walking to the Dome was that of a five star luxury hotel. Instead it was a substandard hotel. The elevators were out of service, consequently forcing us to use the stairs to carry all the luggage to the 3rd floor for my 6 person family. The stairway and large room we went through were cluttered with old mattresses stacked high and several miscellaneous items that made it look like a junk yard! No sense of urgency to get the elevators working. Most outlets in the room were loose and not operable. I was concerned about fire safety? Management needs to fix up and renevate this hotel! I will never stay here again!
