We have never been to the Berkshires before and it was a good location. The staff was very friendly. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying there.

Upon entering the hotel lobby I was met by the most wonderful staff who made us feel welcome and valued. Noah and Emilie were friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole weekend carefree for my family. Cathy in the activity Center was friendly, helpful and kind to my grandchildren. This establishment is fortunate to employ people of their caliber. Although it was an almost three hour drive from home, my grandkids are already asking to book again. I would like to thank Noah, Emilie and Cathy for such an enjoyable experience.
