Staff was responsive in addressing problems right away. Our fridge was broken and we got a new one immediately. The biggest problem was the walls are so thin you hear everything. They were doing some sort of construction at midnight (I’m not joking) and we had an early flight. Staff dealt with it long enough to fall asleep. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times but this was our least favorite stay.

The Coral Gables Aloft is minutes away from my home and office. I had to extend my stay twice. The front desk/ reservations personnel were happy to help and very accommodating. I have family coming in from out of town to visit. I am going to recommend that they stay at the Coral Gables Aloft.
