"Good receptionists and Parking."

The receptionists, parking, desk staff and overall comfort of the rooms were excellent. However, maintenance needs improvement. There was inadequate hot water in the shower and the bathroom sink drained slowly.

"Worst hotel experience."

Was not able to check in until after 3p.m. due to verifying the rooms had been cleaned. After checking in found three stick/safety pins on the floor which means it wasn't vacuumed. Microwave was dirty. Unable to recline in recliner due to lever missing. It was replaced but the new one had been scratched by a cat. Air quality from A/C was bad probably due to filter not being cleaned. Pool area needs pressure along with the furniture.
