This newly renovated extended stay suite hotel is in a great location next to the Coconut Shopping Mall, offering great shopping and multiple restaurants. The hotel is only a short drive away from some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The large and inviting lobby offers lounge areas, 24 24 hour kiosk and is located to adjacent to the breakfast area. A hot and Cold breakfast buffet is complimentary. The hotel invites you to the Coconut Bar with an adjacent patio with a fire pit, grill and outdoor heated pool. Do not miss your workout routine; there is a fitness room with Peloton bikes. Other amenities include a business center, meeting room and free Wi Fi. For your convenience, there is also a laundry room. Ice makers are situated on each floor. The hotel was opened in 2017 and underwent a complete renovation in 2024. All suites offer a full kitchen and some even have balconies with a nice view. The spacious suites are decorated in grey and wood tones, matching the Florida vibe. Amenities consist of a work desk, larger closets, a large TV, an iron and an ironing board and a safe. Bathrooms are nice and spacious and offer a walk in shower or tub and hairdryer and bath amenities. Spacious studios and one and two bedroom suites make this hotel a great choice for any travel needs.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the medical facility for surgery. Turned it into a mini vacay. So convenient to mall and restaurants. Loved our room. Clean and comfortable. Very nice breakfast presentation.
