It was a nice room, after we had to switch because the bathroom sink stopper was stuck. Next room was fine, but when we showed up for breakfast, we were told it had ended 30 min prior. They did nothing to accommodate, like offer coffee or even a cold bagel. Just “Sorry, no”, which wasn’t helpful with our young child. Granted, I was going by the times told when I checked in on a weekend, but still….and finally, the front desk couldn’t tell us where the stairs were when we asked so we could avoid the elevator. Had to walk around and look for them. Just didn’t feel particularly welcomed or appreciated.
