Anything we asked was treated with respect and patience, the staff was amazing and very accommodating. A big shout out to Marissa at the breakfast Buffett area and the restraint next to it. She was amazing the whole time.

Our stay was great! We got a different suite from what I had requested. Guest services moved us, without a fuss. The breakfast buffet at the Loose Moose was amazing! The whole place was so clean and I saw employees picking up random things and wiping surfaces every day. The life guards were so vigilant and attentive to safety procedures I was so impressed by their professionalism and that they took their jobs so seriously. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and accommodating and helpful. I highly recommended Great Wolf Lodge!

The front desk staff are top notch and very professional. They took care of everything we asked for with in minutes they were able to do a room change after a confusion on what I booked and was able to do the upgrade to what I thought I booked within five minutes absolutely amazing they accommodated every request that we had and was on top of the game. This had to be one of the best experiences in a hotel that we have ever had It was better than amazing and such a great time thank you guys.
