Was very happy with the cleanliness and facilities of the room and even with a late arrival the efficiency and friendliness of the reception staff member. Good choice for breakfast and happy to see that it was available up to 10 o’clock. Checking out was easy and we were very happy with Sema’s explanation of how the honours points system worked and she was very helpful in organising how we could sign up, with the added bonus of a hot chocolate and biscuits.

Very good hotel good food excellent staff especially Semma on reception only down side the walk to the airport especially in bad weather more senior persons struggle carrying cases to and from up the sloping zigzag pathway although Semma did tell us there is a courtesy bus for people with walking difficulties is available.

Breakfast is included in every stay. Continental starts at 4am, with full hot English breakfast starting at 6am and running until 10am on weekdays, 11am on weekends.

Yes! Pets are allowed.
Pets allowed, maximum 2 per room. Charge of £20 per pet, per stay
Parking Info
The hotel car park is owned and managed by Bristol Airport therefore payment will need to be made at the airport parking machines and can't be attached to hotel reservations. The rate is reduced to £14.50 per night while staying at the hotel. Outside of this time, the first 24 hours is £45 and every 24 hours after this is charged at £19. Parking can not be re-booked.
