Valet parking option was a huge plus for us. The staff was friendly and the room appeared clean and was comfortable. We would certainly stay at The Double Tree Hilton West again.

This property is in a good location. The staff was great! Dominique helped me during my stay and she did it all with a smile! Rooms were clean. Hotel is quiet. I had a lovely stay. I would recommend and plan on going back. I hope Dominique is still there.

The staff at the front desk was very kind and courteous. They were able to accommodate my mother’s feather allergy. The bellman Carlos was absolutely fantastic, helped guide us around the city and gave us suggestions. He was very patient with us and willing to help whenever we needed it. I was sad I couldn’t say goodbye to him.
