L'Hotel delle Rose nacque come residenza dell'ammiraglio Arturo Costantini nel 1908 il quale la fece edificare con tutte le accortezze per un riposo salutare rispettando l'esposizione a nord, sud dell'intera struttura e il salone di rappresentanza fu costruito con l'acustica adatta al suono di strumenti come il pianoforte (adorato dalla consorte) . Praticamente tutto è rimasto come nel 1908 con alcune migliorie ma sempre nel rispetto della villa liberty. L’Hotel è situato in una tranquilla oasi verde di fronte il Parco Casale a soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 200 metri dagli stabilimenti balneari.Per gli amanti del trekking si può raggiungere la Chiesa di Sant’Ambrogio tramite un sentiero con partenza a 20 metri dall’Hotel e godere di un panorama incantevole del Golfo del Tigullio; inoltre la città di Rapallo offre il servizio di una funivia per raggiungere il Santuario di N.S. di Montallegro e da lì avere la possibilità di scegliere tra innumerevoli percorsi immersi nella natura che portano fino a Genova. Durante la stagione estiva quotidianamente è possibile raggiungere via battello le famose Portofino, San Fruttuoso, Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure e le splendide Cinque Terre patrimonio dell’Umanità
