Only either VISA or MASTERCARD is acceptable.•The credit cards to be used for payment must consist of these details:- The name of the card holder which matches one of the guests.- The 16 digits credit card number- Expiration date•50% deposit is proceeded within 3 days after receiving our contract; after that, the other 50% muse be paid with the same credit card 8 weeks prior to the check-in date. •If the credit card payment doesn't succeed, we will contact the guest via E-mail to change to other credits card which is payable. If the guest doesn't change credit card to be payable within 7 days, the hotel obtains the right to cancel the reservation without paying back 50% deposit.•Due to the special rate we always give to large group guests, we need to be more prepared, so the group rate we provided is under non-refundable condition.•The numbers of guests and type of rooms originally provided by the reserving person must match with the numbers of guests and type of rooms on the check-in date.•The hotel doesn't have extra-bed for sale and if the customers reside in particular room exceeding the limited amounts, they need to share the bed by themselves.•All rooms are non-smoking.
