Trying to get a reservation was the worst experience ever however my check in was very excellent due to the Sunshine they call Sarah. Sarah pleasantry and hospitality made my stay here enjoyable. Keep her!

Rooms are gloomy, lacking sufficient light. Window shade does not adequately block sun, shower handle very hard to turn, A/C very noisy. IHG could do much better for the price.
