The Best Western® Hotel Zen is the first sustainable hotel in the city that does not use fossil fuels in order to operate and has a negative carbon footprint because it uses a building that has been completely rebuilt. It also has a technological water heating system called Heat Pump, LED lighting throughout the building and applies a waste recycling system.
Our 47 rooms are equipped with a large work area, access to high-speed Internet, phone, safe deposit box, and mini-bar. Room service is available from some of the renowned restaurants in the city. Guests will also enjoy a free full breakfast in our cafeteria from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., as well as our business center and fitness facilities.

Best Western Hotel Zen is located at 30 km or 25 minutes away from Mariscal Sucre International Airport. The hotel offer shuttle service from and to the airport with an additional cost of $28.00 USD per way per vehicle (max 3-4 passengers).
Local Shuttle Info: In case you require a transfer from Airport to the Hotel (with an extra charge), please let us know by sending an e-mail or calling the hotel.
The shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel has a price of USD 22.00 if you pay it directly to the driver; if you decide to add the transfer to your hotel account it has a 22% increment of taxes giving a total of USD 26.84. These prices are for a maximum of 3 people per car.
Breakfast Information
A complimentary full breakfast is included in the rate. It includes eggs, natural juices, milk, coffee, tea, 2 hot side dishes, yogurt, cereal, granola, a variety of fruits, breads, cold cuts and cheeses, butter and artisan marmalades.

Parking Info
Parking is free based on availability, it is a garage but we also count with few spaces to park vehicles outside the hotel.
Unfortunately, we do not have parking space for buses, however buses can be parked in the street around the corner, less than a 30 meters from the hotel.
