"Customer service is spot on"

I have never had such amazing customer service. When I checked into the hotel and got to the room there were some issues I called down to the front desk worker ( who it was his birthday that night) and he personally said he would come up and bring the supplies to get the issues resolved. The very next day I spoke with another man working the day shift and he came through and made the situation resolved and went above and beyond.

hotel was actually ok, typical HI, BUT, on the friday night we stayed there there was loud, live music on the patio of the bar next door that was perfectly audible in the rooms, at least in the rooms on that side of the building, which included ours. This is an expensive hotel, for a HI and not being able to sleep is unacceptable. I'll not be staying here again.

Noisy. Changed room at 11pm, vibrating Windows. New room, train passing every hour. Oh and breakfast was not heated. After a bad night sleep,cold scrambled eggs is what you need. One positive coffee was ok.
