Ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Restaurant staff was outstanding and the eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly. The grounds keeper worked all day to keep the parking lot and walk ways clear of trash. Housekeeping very sweet!

I went to check into best Western hotel in eureka springs, AR and the front office had given my room to another customer. Didn't have an equal room to what I had reserved. Wanted to put me in a ki g room with three roll out beds. Unacceptable and we had to find another hotel to accommodate the beds for my family.
