5. If you want to have a henna tattoo made, please be careful not to spot the bed linen. The henna ink can’t be removed from fabrics. We suggest you covering the tattoo with cotton wool or wash the henna from the tattoo (it can be removed even 15-20 minutes after you have the tattoo made): the drawing will still be visible but you will avoid to spot the sheets. Otherwise we will charge the cost of the bed linen on the room invoice

Local Shuttle Info: Be rest assured that your private driver will be appointed to have you picked up from the airport/train station. The chauffeur will be waiting for you outside the airport, in front of the doors of the arrivals lounge with MONRIAD name on a notice board. He will drive you from the airport and escort you from the drop off point in the Medina to your RIAD. Cleaning Policies
The rooms are completely disinfected at the departure of each guest.
Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected several times a day throughout our premises with antiseptic wipes, disinfectants or bleach solutions: door handles, worktops, desks, bedside tables, stair railings, flush buttons, toilet seats, switches, remote controls and computer keyboards. The cleaning staff is systematically equipped with masks and gloves. Used gloves are discarded and replaced between each room.
Dispensers for hydro-alcoholic solution and disinfectant wipes have been installed in the common areas, at the reception, in the kitchen, in the service rooms and in the bedrooms.
Our employees have been trained to follow strict prevention instructions: wash their hands with soap regularly, disinfect their hands when entering the house, cough or sneeze ina tissue or their elbow, use a single-use/disposable tissue, and respect social distancing guide lines
