The woman working the front desk the afternoon on October 9th was OUTSTANDING. She went THE EXTRA MILE to accommodate our multiple requests. Kudos to you for hiring the consummate professional! She was excellent. I looked for her to thank her during our stay but apparently she was off. We stayed in room 2202. PLEASE find her and thank her for us. This kind of service will lead us to return. The room was not cleaned during my stay, the hot water did not work in room 2507 hidden fees after paying over 1500 for two nights. I would never recommend this place.
