The Holiday Inn Express and Suites downtown of Colorado Springs is the newest and most modern property and opened their doors in March 2014. They are located just minutes from I 25 and within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs. They offer 80 guest rooms on four floors with elevators. The rooms are accessible through bright and big interior hallways and the windows do open and have blackout curtains. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave and free High Speed Internet is available in each room with a flat screen direct TV television and a modern bathroom. This hotel does not allow Pets. It is 100% non smoking. The guest rooms located on the west side have gorgeous Mountain Views of Pikes Peak. The guest can start their day with a complimentary breakfast and then take a refreshing swim in the indoor pool. Additional amenities offered by the hotel are an on site guest self laundry (washer/dryer), a business center and a complimentary area shuttle service. Wedding Venues can be booked at the famous Pinery, a first class resort style facility. Service Animals are permitted. A health/fitness center is on site and is open 24 hours a day. A very good hotel, accessible by car and close to city center with restaurants, bars and shops. Definitely a GO TO hotel.

Ok, I'm blind. I lost my photo I'd on the way, so was not able to stay in my pre booked room. I scrambled, with no help from staff, to find another lodging arrangemen. The still charged me $556,30. Although I never even saw a room. Never again with holiday inn. Thought this was the hospitality business? Not at this company.
