The Hampton Inn is a straightforward, no frills hotel that offers excellent customer service. During my stay, I unfortunately left behind three valuable items in the closet upon checking out. Once I realized the oversight, I immediately contacted the hotel. The housekeeping team was exceptionally helpful, promptly locating the items and arranging for them to be shipped back to me. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and efficiency which turned a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience.
