Dear Hyatt Place Management, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and commend the exceptional service I received from several members of your team during my family's stay at your hotel from April 5th, 2025. We chose your Hyatt Place due to its reputation for cleanliness and proximity to LAX and our experience exceeded our expectations thanks to the outstanding care provided by your staff. My initial contact was with Samone McDaniels, who was incredibly helpful, informative, genuine and kind. She patiently answered numerous calls from my brother and me as we made our arrangements. Her assistance in the initial stages was invaluable. Our second point of contact, Wolk A., was also very kind, informative and helpful, further solidifying our decision to stay at your hotel. When it came to the details of our event, Kee S. truly went above and beyond. She answered all our questions regarding the menu, the best way to serve, timing and more. Her expertise and helpfulness were remarkable. Upon our arrival on April 5th, we were warmly greeted by Joe Alvarez. His welcoming smile and sincere condolences were much appreciated. He provided impeccable and truly accommodating service, going out of his way to ensure my 90 year old mother was comfortable. We were deeply grateful for his thoughtfulness. On the day of my brother Kevin's memorial, Mr. Keith took exceptional care in setting up the banquet room. He offered his condolences and kept me informed about the setup timeline. Introducing me to the chef was a thoughtful gesture. Mr. Keith ensured I had everything I needed and more. Before leaving for the night, he introduced me to Yennet, who continued to provide excellent service with kindness and politeness. This entire team at Hyatt Place played a significant role in making my baby brother's homegoing a success for my family. Their professionalism, empathy and dedication to providing exceptional service during a difficult time were truly remarkable. At checkout, I made sure to ask Joe for everyone's names because I wanted to personally acknowledge their outstanding contributions.
