"Roaches and extra fees."

We had roaches in the kitchen and at the checkout time we asked if by any chance could we have a deduction in the cost she said no also they charge us extra fees to check in after we have paid the full bill online and she said no also everything was old mold everywhere The kitchen was old the fan over the stove. I don’t know if it was bug poo or grease from 20 years. I was very disappointed with this stay I had driven by it several times thinking I wanted to stay there never again the pool was nasty. There was scum or mold on the tile up under the lip I did tell the checkout lady I was gonna post my thoughts about the stay. She said go ahead and she didn’t mention someone else before us complaining about the roaches oh and another quote she said the roaches are seasonal, but they were trying to take care of those. I would like my money back. I did not feel comfortable from the start. I had to come home wash all my clothes and all my suitcases spray my suitcases down and nothing came in the house for hours. I made it sit outside until I sprayed it all down washing clothes took the rest of my vacation time. What a stressful weekend.

Old Florida style beachfront hotel located just minutes from bustling Atlantic Ave and downtown Delray. All rooms have kitchens, living / dining area with pull out sofa, king size beds, and bath. We have 2- two bedroom/two bath units as well. We offer daily housekeeping service as well as a light continental breakfast 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.Free Wi-Fi, small putting green, beach chairs with cabanas and a heated pool.
