Property is clean, rooms are well kept. Love the different dining options and drinks. We did not get to utilize the spa or pool but they looked great.

My daughter and I went to one of the on site restaurants so I could get a drink (we were not staying and made that clear) and were berated by the 20YO bartender after he ignored us for 20 minutes. $300+/night, no thank you.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Brandon ensured that our stay was memorable, magical and romantic! He upgraded our room and we celebrated our wedding anniversary with class and style. The incredible view was stunningly breathtaking! The staff ensured that all our needs were met and our hearts were filled with an enormous amount of joy! We will never forget Brandon for taking time out of his busy schedule to display such kindness and extra care! The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Omni Dallas Hotel Downtown was by far the best hotel we have ever stay in! Again, we appreciate Brandon who has such a wonderful kind heart and spirt. His smile is so infectious for making our wedding anniversary so special! We will definitely come again! Michael and Sissy Chambers.

Mohammed gave us a ride to the concert and that was unexpected and awesome. He also was able to come get us after the event! What a nice young man and the hotel was outstanding. Good job Omni!

The Omni Dallas Hotel, in the center of the revitalized downtown Dallas, is connected via sky bridge to the Dallas Convention Center and close to restaurants, shops, entertainment and more! Following our grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony with Larry Hagman and Linda Grey from the former Dallas television show, the hotel opened its doors showcasing richly appointed guest rooms, a contemporary reflective glass exterior and innovative guest amenities. Owned by the City of Dallas, the hotel features 1,001 guest rooms, including 67 luxury suites and three presidential suites. Omni Dallas Hotel is built to meet the U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver Certification standards, placing it on the forefront of environmental awareness and conservation in the city. The 110,000 square feet of meeting space is infused with the history and style of Dallas. Each of the 39 meeting rooms, including two ballrooms, are named after area points of interest in the city and feature the work of local artists.
