Hotel is located in downtown Lancaster. It was a perfect stay. We wanted to visit the Thaddeus Stevens and Lydia Hamilton Smith Center. The center was right adjacent to the hotel. We also eat at the Plough restaurants. Burgers were great. Loved the pool. Had a great stay!

My stay was wonderful. The room was ready before 4. It was nice to go into your room after a long drive. Every staff member I came in contact with from the front desk, housekeeper and bartender were professional and helpful. Thanks for making my day so pleasant.

It was lovely getting away to Amish country and getting to stay in a hotel as welcoming as the Marriott. Hannah and Roman were exceptionally helpful and I would hope they are receiving the appropriate compensation for their quality of service. "Front Desk Receptionist."

The hotel itself was excellent. I would definitely stay there again on visit to Lancaster, Pa. However, Raymond or Ramond at the front desk was horrible. He did not say hello, I had to ask him to repeat himself several times: especially about parking, even after telling him this is my first stay at the hotel. He was not helpful at all. It seemed as though he had an attitude because he was working. Provided no information about the hotel, I overheard what the other receptionist was telling the other paying customers like myself. I was there for conference and this was not a great way to start off.
