- only one guest at the reception desk - 2 meters distance lines marked on the floor in a reception hall for guests waiting for a check in / out- personell serves the guest in disposable gloves and masks or visors- fast check in: guest provides hotel with the data prior to arrival by phone or e-mail - we encourage guests to use non-cash transactions, terminal POS is sterilized each time after usage - reception desk is sterelized each time after human touch- there are dispensers with disinfectant liquid installed in a common areas and in front of of conference & meeting rooms - buttons in elevators, handles in common areas, conference & meeting equippment, such as projector, laptop, switch-keys, cables are constantly sterilized - each room is out of use for 48 h after check out and it is sterillized in detail- all conference and meeting rooms are reguraly ventilated- chairs in meeting rooms stand 2 meters from each other
