The hotel itself is very nice, rooms were clean and location was excellent. When checking out we found our car that was parked in the Paradore car park had been hit by another car but staff were not helpful at all and I was told there’s no cctv in their ‘exclusive’ car park. Unfortunate end to a nice stay.
