Hotel employees were pleasant and helpful. But I will not stay at a Marriott again and will discourage anyone from doing so. Because I was charged for two rooms that were unoccupied because of flight delays and cancellations.

The harsh and inflexible policy of charging for a night that I and my granddaughter (Savannah Clary) couldn’t make it due to numerous delays and cancellations by our flights to Providence R.I.
