When booked I was told we could have a sofa bed or cot plus two beds and that shuttle service ran 24 7. Upon check in I was told that a cot wasn't even available and the shuttle didn't start until five a.m. Since our flight was leaving at 5:15 a.m that left us scrambling to find alternate arrangements and additional expenses to get to the airport. If I had not been lied to I would have booked another hotel.
