We had a family event in the Lexington area over the weekend, so booked a room at the Aloft. It was a really nice facility—and very welcoming. Our room was smallish, but well designed and all that we needed. The price of the room was surprisingly reasonable. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Staff were helpful. The hotel had a bar which seemed to be popular and snacks were available for sale.

Cleaning Policies

We use superior supplies with a high concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients. We constantly clean the floors and high touch areas such as the doors, common space and elevators. We soak each room key in a disinfectant solution for 24 hours before they are to be reused. All rooms sit vacant for 24 hours, cleaned, and sit for another 24 hours before a guest is checked in. We have temporarily closed the pool area and allow one person in the fitness center at a time. We thoroughly clean the gym after each guest. We have replaced our everyday breakfast buffet with a grab and go option. Each staff member wears a mask during each shift to protect themselves and our guests. We have temporarily eliminated requested housekeeping services but will provide each guests with the cleaning supplies needed. All rooms are cleaned 24 hours after the guest checks out of the room. We also offer a mobile check in option with mobile keys.
