We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, we probably will be looking at new hotel next year. The night manager was very condescending and made me feel uncomfortable. Also, while the room was clean, it was very "OLD" and all the furniture was old and battered. It fell like staying in a prison cell. We will probably look for another hotel next year. Very disappointed!

Our location is definitely one of the things we are very proud of about our hotel. We are so lucky to have a property in the heart of Lancaster and a very strategic location that brings our guests just a few minutes away from must-see attractions such as Sight and Sound Theater, American Music Theater, Dutch Wonderland and first class shopping at the Rockvale Outlets as well as Amish attractions. We specialize in providing our guests with exceptional service and great value when visiting Lancaster PA.
