My first stay was great. I couldn't have been happier.My 2nd stay, not so much. My room was good, but my bathroom was not. First, the shower curtain rod came out of the wall, screws and all, when I moved the curtain to get in the shower. It just missed my head! Then I had to clean up the water that splashed all over from my shower. 2nd, there was dark hair stumbles all over that bathroom. Mostly in the shower area. Stuck on the walls and the curtain itself. Some were on the floor too and a few on the counter and in the sink. So Gross! 3rd the cream rinse bottle was empty so I had a fun time brushing the tangles from my hair and dealing with static in my hair all day. I'm not sure if I'll ever stay there again.

Appreciated the wireless phone charger and lots of sockets to plug things into. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Quite spacious room. Continental breakfast was available.

We stayed at Spark Redlands in December of 2024. The hotel was formerly the Country Inn where we had stayed for decades to visit family in Southern California. Hilton has really fixed up the place with new everything including painting the rooms. The rooms are still very big compared to most hotels. There were a couple small negatives: The Country Inn used to serve a full breakfast, now it is continental. The pool we enjoyed in the past was not heated. It is like a new, upgraded, hotel and we would stay there again. We had a groom's dinner right across the street at the Spaghetti Factory and the food, atmosphere and service was excellent. Thumbs up on Sparks. A little tip: we asked for rooms away from the freeway side. They are much quieter.
