Nice clean and friendly. Nice surroundings and quiet. This is my spot when visiting Columbus. All other hotels were overpriced. This was the perfect stay.

"Substandard Room for a Best Western."

Door was wide open when we got to room. Dead moths on bathroom floor. No towels or pillow cases. Bed had a tin plated base. Every time we moved on the bed it made tin rattling noises. Overall neither restful nor a value for the price paid. The only positive was the the front desk people were pleasant and efficient.

Staff is somewhat nice, rooms smelled, but were clean. You couldn’t get towels unless you turned yours in for cleaning. Good location.
