"Clean and comfortable."

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations, but that isn’t stopping them from providing five star service. The check in folks were friendly and quickly checked us in. Our room was spacious, even with a king bed. Sometimes hotels have a king bed and you can barely walk around in the room, but not here! The bed was super comfortable and the rooms interior design was inviting and modern. We will continue to stay here anytime we are in the Baltimore area! Thank you all!

"POOR Customer Service Front Desk."

Attendant at front desk had no interest in answering my concerns about a fraudulent booking. Simply kept repeating we have been fully booked since 6pm! He should be fired!

My flight landed early morning after a 5 hour layover in Florida. I was exhausted and not feeling well. Check in was 3:00 p.m. I don't think I would have made it. I didn't get the front desk staff member's name but she was kind and compassionate. God knew I needed to lay down. Thank you.
