We've had about 8 previous stays at this property. It's always been nice, but this time around the management didn't make accommodations for early check in. Which was never a problem in the past and I would've understood, but the employees behaved like we owed them something and were non apologetic. Then, when I wanted to add another night stay, the front desk was unhelpful and even lied about not having rooms available. And one other thing that really rubbed me the wrong way was across the street at the Marriot they have the American Flag (raised a little higher than the rest), California Flag and Marriot Flag in front of the Main bldg. At this Hilton, they had the American Flag, Mexican Flag and Canadian Flag all at the same level. Being a patriotic American that bothered me. So after many years of enjoying the grounds we will not be staying there again unless noticeable changes are made.

Ideally located next to the Desert Willow Golf Course, Palm Desert is serene and secluded. Peaceful, spacious and seemingly one with the desert surroundings, the Vacation Homes at Palm Desert take full advantage of the 365 days of warm weather. Outdoor showers, dining areas and fireplaces all offer a unique experience to live under the sun and stars. Palm Desert was envisioned and developed with a complete respect for its desert surroundings. As you approach the Club along Desert Willow Drive you'll immediately notice the adobe-style exteriors finished in warm, rich colors – ochre, sage, crimson and sand. Indigenous flora and fauna were used to create the surrounding landscaping and interpretive walking path. The haciendas rise effortlessly from the desertscape and rest perfectly along the fairways of Desert Willow Golf Resort.Rates and availability subject to change until contracted with resort.
