We were treated with such compassion by Ruby at the Front Desk as we checked in. Being of the "Older Generation" we had messed up on the Reservation. Ruby was so calm and helped us to straighten everything out. We said .. Please tell your Boss that we think you need a Raise. She gave us her beautiful smile. We are so very grateful for the care we received.
