over all the room was nice, found somethings on the floor left behind by other visitors, the toilets seemed very low to the ground, I'm 6 foot three and I felt like I was sitting on the floor.

Came down from Arizona to attend the Big 12 tournament, staff are very nice, breakfast buffet is good and the food made at the bar/restaurant is amazing. We will definitely be attending here for years to come.
