We pulled up to the resort very excited and were shocked at the overall condition of the exterior. We had to check in at a temp area and were greeted with a very rude employee who stated that we were too early for check in and could not find our name. After moving forward and getting to our room, we quickly realized that we did not get the room we booked. We had five people and two beds. In addition, the furniture was so outdated that is was nerve racking to sit on. We went out to the pool area, which was clearly the best part of the resort. We learned that only certain areas of the pools were open, the swim up bar was closed, the food truck was closed, the slides were closed, etc. No where in our reservation or confirmation did it note that anything would be closed at this time. The entire resort is in disrepair. The cost we were paying was disgusting for what we were getting. We ended up getting a refund and moving to a resort down the street that was a quarter of what we were paying and it ended up being wonderful. This place needs major work and it was very upsetting traveling as far as we did, with kids, to get somewhere that was marketed very differently.

Our property is comprised of 210 individually owned condominiums. All are self-sufficient with all the amenities of home. Largest lagoon pool with Twisting Dunes Slide in South Texas. Boardwalk to Mustang Island Beach located on the Gulf of Mexico.
