Good location it is right beside Araxi restaurant and accross from the grocery store. The hotel offers Sufficient amenities. The A/C unit wasn’t working properly. It blew styrofoam all over the bed and the clothing we had laid out. They said they would send someone up to look at it but that never happened. I asked the next day if the styrofoam could be vacuumed but they do not have house keeping there every day so it was supposed to be the following day. That never happened either. Also you need to be lucky to have towels in the pool area so check before you jump in. Staff are friendly and easy to talk to so it’s still a good experience. But taking care of these little things would make it much better.
